Nose: A mix of heady toffee apple and very faint smoke. Thick, syrupy malt, digestive biscuits, oak.
Palate: Soft, buttery toffee and general fruitiness. Medium bodied, but very malty and well-constructed blend.
Finish: Golden syrup, creamy spices and malt on the finish.
Nose: Sweet and floral, light vanilla custard, sweet pineapple, candied lemons, honeysuckle, sweet pastry.
Palate: More pastry up front, lightly briney, sweet citrus and a buttery vanilla cream middle with some lightly smoky malt.
Finish: Light, sweet flowers, lingering green wood.
Nose: Honey’d orchard fruit, burnt cinnamon, a burst of pineapple and creamy vanilla.
Palate: Warming oak right from the get-go, joined by juicy raisins and sultanas. A touch of rum spice develops later on, along with chocolate-y caramel.
Finish: Christmas-y spices and a hint of floral sweetness.
Appearance: Honey and amber tones.
Aroma: Clean aromas of cut grass and fresh fruit mingle with pepper, rich vanilla and sandalwood.

Palate: The first sip reveals a velvety mouthfeel, then an explosion of flavour – hazelnuts, honey, rose petals, sherry and oranges. Subsequent sips reward you with more hidden secrets like kumquats, wispy aromatic smoke, sandalwood, tobacco, and dark chocolate.
