Nose: A surprisingly rich, aromatic nose with heather honey, mixed peels, soft smoke and rum spice.
Palate: Cedar wood, oak and butterscotch, aniseed, Christmas cake and malt.
Finish: Long, spiced nose with smoke on the tail.
A sweet and complex nose with caramel, sherry cask, and vanilla notes.
Taste: Candied citrus fruit and buttery smoke, fresh and smooth, with a lingering finish of rich sherry sweetness.
Nose: A mix of heady toffee apple and very faint smoke. Thick, syrupy malt, digestive biscuits, oak.
Palate: Soft, buttery toffee and general fruitiness. Medium bodied, but very malty and well-constructed blend.
Finish: Golden syrup, creamy spices and malt on the finish.

Has a very sweet character similar to the nose. Sweet-spicy and smoky aromas followed by caramel, honey, chocolate and dried fruits.
Finish
A dry, warm, medium-length finish with dried fruits, caramel, light smoke and black pepper.
