A FULL, GOURMAND NOSE
The first notes evoke the harvesting of red berries warmed by the summer sun: wild berries, wild strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants. These fruity aromas are tinged with floral and vegetable notes such as rhubarb, violet and poppy-flavoured candy. A hint of vanilla and pink pepper underscores the full maturity of this champagne.
A LIGHT YET INTENSE PALACE
The palate evokes a candy store and its aromas of marshmallows, hard candy, cotton candy, candy apples. As it evolves, notes of nutmeg, dried fig and black cherry appear. Pinot Noir expresses itself here with airy elegance, through an enveloping texture and a finish featuring warm spices.
A BOUQUET OF FRESHNESS
The first fresh notes of pink grapefruit and blood orange are followed by the scents of small red stone fruits such as morello cherry, before finishing with nuances of wild strawberry and rhubarb.
A BALANCED PALACE
The sensation starts out balanced, soft and silky. The initial airy and delicate texture then asserts itself with a fruity and slightly astringent finish, evoking plum or damson plum.
A DELICATE NOSE
The lively and intense bouquet is full of red fruits: wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, etc. Then, a scattering of rose petals inspire floral nuances, underscored with a slight hint of pepper.
AN EXPRESSIVE, INTENSE AND SUPPLE PALATE
Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant: the juicy and persistent intensity of the red berries explodes onto the palate, joined by the fleshy, then firm peach aromas. The finish is structured by the freshness of a subtle peppery and minty note.
TASTING NOTES:
A powerful, multidimensional champagne
APPEARANCE
Yellow, with a golden glow.
AROMA
Coffee, praline and Viennese pastry give way to citrus peel and kumquat, followed by mineral-tinged aromas redolent of the sea.
TASTE
The silky, opulent palate expresses notes of candied citrus fruits, plums and nectarines, dried figs and dates, and vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. A precise finish has a lightly bitter saltiness.
A GOURMAND NOSE
The nose is plunged into a basket of ripe blackberries: wild strawberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants release their summer aromas. Notes of sunny yellow peaches then become more pronounced. This crescendo continues and morphs into mouthwatering nuance of strawberry jam.
THE PALATE COMBINES RICHNESS AND FRESHNESS
Intense and tasty, the sensation of red berries lingers on the palate for a long time. It is partnered by the sweetness of nutmeg and caramel. A nice contrast to finish, with the acidulous freshness contributed by a burst of redcurrant.
