A FRUITY AND INTENSE NOSE
The first notes start tropical, with the powerful fruitiness of mango and pineapple. They then leave room for the generosity of stone fruits such as nectarine, then to an original raspberry note.
THE GENEROUS PALATE COMBINES SWEETNESS AND FRESHNESS
After the fleshy and delicious fullness of a fresh fruit salad comes the sweetness of caramel and quince jelly. The fresh acidity of grapefruit and ginger creates a lively sensation on the palate.
Moët & Chandon Rose Impérial
A DELICATE NOSE
The lively and intense bouquet is full of red fruits: wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, etc. Then, a scattering of rose petals inspire floral nuances, underscored with a slight hint of pepper.
AN EXPRESSIVE, INTENSE AND SUPPLE PALATE
Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant: the juicy and persistent intensity of the red berries explodes onto the palate, joined by the fleshy, then firm peach aromas. The finish is structured by the freshness of a subtle peppery and minty note.
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2013
The wine’s maturity is immediately apparent, with autumnal notes of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, rich nuts, honey and nougat. White fruit is then revealed, reminiscent of a mealy apple or a beautifully ripe pear. Scents of iodine, dried flowers and pine sap complete the aromatic bouquet.
LIVELY, WELL-DEFINED PALATE
The palate is direct and energetic, supported by lively yet delicate acidity, and a finely polished structure, enveloped by a refined, grainy texture. The wine finishes with a pleasant hint of white grapefruit bitterness.
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rose 2013
The initial notes of the bouquet are sweet, tinged with a fruit salad of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds), it then develops a touch of acidity with blood oranges and starfruit. Scents of spices (black pepper, dark chocolate, cinnamon), dried flowers and fresh leather complete the bouquet.
SPICY, WELL-DEFINED PALATE
On the palate, the full-bodied attack confirms the wine’s voluptuous character. The polished structure of the Pinot Noir is accompanied by a sensation of crisp stone fruit (plums, cherries). The texture is finely powdered. A delicate astringency underscores the long finish (pink grapefruit, lime zest).
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rose 2012
A BOUQUET OF FRESHNESS The first fresh notes of pink grapefruit and blood orange are followed by the scents of small red stone fruits such as morello cherry, before finishing with nuances of wild strawberry and rhubarb.
A BALANCED PALACE The sensation starts out balanced, soft and silky. The initial airy and delicate texture then asserts itself with a fruity and slightly astringent finish, evoking plum or damson plum.
