GENEROUS BOUQUET
The initial notes of the bouquet are sweet, tinged with a fruit salad of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds), it then develops a touch of acidity with blood oranges and starfruit. Scents of spices (black pepper, dark chocolate, cinnamon), dried flowers and fresh leather complete the bouquet.
SPICY, WELL-DEFINED PALATE
On the palate, the full-bodied attack confirms the wine’s voluptuous character. The polished structure of the Pinot Noir is accompanied by a sensation of crisp stone fruit (plums, cherries). The texture is finely powdered. A delicate astringency underscores the long finish (pink grapefruit, lime zest).
A STRIKING NOSE
Green apple, citrus, etc. The striking intensity of these fruity notes is immediately followed by a wave of mineral freshness and white flowers. Then, the blonde nuances of brioche, cereals and fresh nuts hint at elegant maturity.
THE PALATE COMBINES GENEROSITY AND SUBTLETY
Generous and tasty, white fruit notes including pear, white peach and apple, unfurl on the palate, in the company of fine, light bubbles. Then, little by little, the sweet liveliness of the citrus nuances comes into focus, and lingers delicately in the mouth.
A DELICATE NOSE
The lively and intense bouquet is full of red fruits: wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, etc. Then, a scattering of rose petals inspire floral nuances, underscored with a slight hint of pepper.
AN EXPRESSIVE, INTENSE AND SUPPLE PALATE
Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant: the juicy and persistent intensity of the red berries explodes onto the palate, joined by the fleshy, then firm peach aromas. The finish is structured by the freshness of a subtle peppery and minty note.

AROMA
Coffee, praline and Viennese pastry give way to citrus peel and kumquat, followed by mineral-tinged aromas redolent of the sea.
TASTE
The silky, opulent palate expresses notes of candied citrus fruits, plums and nectarines, dried figs and dates, and vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. A precise finish has a lightly bitter saltiness.
A COMPLEX NOSE
After the explosion of tropical notes such as pineapple and mango, the full roundness of stone fruit (mirabelle plum, apricot) settles in, underscored by a light dash of vanilla.
A SMOOTH AND LIVELY PALATE
The mouth is first enveloped by dense tropical fruit notes: pineapple and passion fruit. Then, it discovers the firm and silky flavours of stone fruits, finishing on the invigorating freshness of grapefruit.
