A sweet and complex nose with caramel, sherry cask, and vanilla notes.
Taste: Candied citrus fruit and buttery smoke, fresh and smooth, with a lingering finish of rich sherry sweetness.
Nose: A mix of heady toffee apple and very faint smoke. Thick, syrupy malt, digestive biscuits, oak.
Palate: Soft, buttery toffee and general fruitiness. Medium bodied, but very malty and well-constructed blend.
